You can claim a refund for Valorant skin only if it’s unused and purchased not more than 14 days ago. Any content which is older than two weeks and used in the game is not eligible for refunds.     You cannot ask for a refund for Character Contract Levels, Premium Battle Pass, Premium Battle Pass Levels, Weapon Skin Levels, Radianite Points, and Bundles.
